Comments:  Many of our VAM 28 coins are either PL or DMPL state coins.  This coin is definitely out of those categories, but it is still a coin that retain a lot of nice reflectivity in the fields.

 

It has few significant abrasions and we would rate it toward the upper end of the grade.  Die 3 is the most common of the VAM 28 dies.
