1J - Over Polished Reverse
Identified in 2013 by Lance Newman
Obverse Hub III2 Die 21
The first 8 has a short die chip at top left inside of upper loop at about 10 o'clock.
Reverse Hub C3 Die a
An over-polished die with roughness outline around eagle, wreaths and motto letters.
Some fine short random polishing lines in both wings.
Other Characteristics
Obverse - There is a faint crack running from the 1 through the neck point to the first star to the left of the neck point.
Reverse - Die marker - Some concentrated polishing lines at top inside eagle's right wing. Different die than VAM 16.
